At Vision Board Group, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, consulting, and training experiences. Because our services involve time, preparation, and personalized support, the following refund policies apply.
1. Coaching Sessions (Life Coaching, Resiliency Training, Trauma Recovery Support)
Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and will be treated as a used session.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up to a session without notice, the session is considered forfeited and non-refundable.
Refunds

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Unused sessions within a prepaid package may be refunded only at our discretion and may include an administrative fee.
2. Coaching Packages & Programs
Single Payment Packages

Coaching packages paid in full are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

If no sessions have been used, you may request a partial refund minus a 15% administrative fee.
Payment Plan Packages

Payment plans must be completed as agreed.

No refunds will be given for past payments, but future installments can be canceled if you discontinue the program.
3. Workshops, Trainings & Group Programs
Live Workshops
Refund eligibility depends on when your cancellation occurs:

7+ days before the event: Full refund

3–6 days before the event: 50% refund

Under 72 hours: Non-refundable
Virtual Trainings

Due to limited capacity and preparation time, virtual events are non-refundable, but you may request one transfer to a future session (subject to availability).
4. Public Speaking Engagements
Speaking engagement deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and require preparation.
Where full payment is required upfront:

Cancellations 30+ days before the event: 50% refund

Cancellations less than 30 days: No refund
If we cancel for any reason, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.
5. Digital Products (If Applicable)
All digital products, resources, or downloads are non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.
6. Service Dissatisfaction
We strive to provide excellent support. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery.
While refunds are not guaranteed, we will work with you to address concerns, including:

Adjusting sessions

Providing clarifications

Offering additional resources
Our priority is ensuring value and integrity in every interaction.
