1. Services Provided

We offer the following professional services:

• Resiliency Training

• Life Coaching

• Trauma Recovery Support (non-clinical)

• Leadership & Personal Development Coaching

• Public Speaking, Workshops, and Educational Services

These services are designed for personal and professional growth.
We do not provide therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

 

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate information when booking or registering

• Agree to these Terms & Conditions

Minors may only participate with parental/guardian consent for youth-focused programs.

3. Not Therapy or Clinical Treatment

All coaching and trauma recovery support provided is non-clinical and should not be considered psychotherapy, mental health counseling, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.

You understand and agree that:

• We do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions

• Coaching is not a substitute for licensed therapy

• You should seek a licensed professional for clinical concerns

If you are in crisis, call 911 or a local crisis hotline immediately.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Participate actively and honestly

• Communicate needs, boundaries, and concerns

• Attend scheduled sessions or cancel within required notice

• Use the tools and strategies provided at your own discretion

You understand that your results depend on your commitment, effort, and follow-through.

 

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

We accept payments through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Square).

Refunds

• Coaching sessions: No refunds for completed sessions

• Cancellations: Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled

• No-shows: Full session fee applies

• Programs/workshops: Refund policies vary per program and will be clearly communicated

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for inappropriate behavior or non-payment.

 

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality in line with coaching and consulting ethics.
However, confidentiality does not apply when:

• There is a threat of harm to self or others

• Abuse or neglect is suspected

• Records are required by court order or law

• You choose to share your own information outside the session

We do not record sessions without explicit mutual consent.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including coaching materials, worksheets, presentations, videos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Vision Board Group, LLC.

You may not:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Sell

• Publish

• Share

• Modify any materials without written permission.

 

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or disrupt the website

• Upload harmful content

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Use the site for fraudulent or illegal activity

We may modify or discontinue website features at any time.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you agree that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we waive liability for decisions, outcomes, or actions you take based on our coaching, training, or speaking services.

Coaching and training are collaborative processes that depend on your engagement.
